With a multi-disciplinary athletic background in dance, snow skiing, water sports, strength and endurance training, yoga has been the
grounding and healing
cornerstone in my life – both physically and mentally. Over time, I discovered what many of us find in yoga – peace. Instead of picking myself apart, never being content and burning the candle at both ends, yoga offers an environment where I can come to the mat exactly as I am, be still, take a breath, look inside, and reconnect.
Yoga gives me with the tools necessary to work with my body not against it and to become truly present in life.
I take great pleasure in sharing the benefits of yoga and wellness with others. Through my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Holly Warren at Yoga London and 85 hour pregnancy and post-natal teacher training at YogaShala,
I learned more about the physical benefits that yoga can provide, picking up the technical skills necessary to help yogis on their path to physical and spiritual well-being.
With my strong background in choreography, I lead a challenging and dynamic vinyasa flow class while encouraging a safe and healing environment, offering modifications and guiding yogis of all abilities. I strive to find balance between strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in every asana practice.
